clay of 24 interior divisions, divided by solid brick, interior divisions made of single
hollow brick of 7 cms. In the living/dining room a french fireplace with chimney. |
PLASTER |
| Interior walls in
machine-projected and treated plaster - plaster moulding on all cielings. |
FLOORING AND TILING |
| Sandstone tiles on
house flooring. First quality tiles in the two bathrooms and kitchen and tiled to the
roof. Terrace and patio floors tiled with semi sandstone tiles. The plinth in the patio
will be tiled to 1 meter in height. |
FINISHES |
| External façade with
"split" brick of forte and single-pass cape finished according to project, and
interior façade will be plastered in white. |
CARPENTRY |
| Interior
doors and frame work laquered in white, fitted security bars in white and of aluminum,
plastic roller blinds. The built in wardrobes in white with sliding doors. The main
entrance door will be a solid metal security door also in white. |
PLUMBING |
