FOUNDATIONS

Foundation with steel reinforced concrete footing.

 

STRUCTURES

Steel reinforced concrete structure in piers and floors/roof slabs.

 

WALLS

Outside walls with double - cavity bricks, air chamber, thermal insulation ( Glass fiber ) and partition wall. Inside partition walls : 7 cm ceramic bricks with concrete trowelled facade lining with cemet and gotegran outside.

 

PLASTER

Interior walls in machine-projected and treated plaster - plaster moulding on all cielings.

 

FLOORING AND TILING

Sandstone :.40 x 40 cm. tiles on house flooring. Tiles of 25 x30 or similar in bathroom and kitchen that will be tiled to the roof. Terrace floored with semi sandstone material or similar in price

 

FINISHES

External walls with  detreo type cotegran finished according to proyect.

 

CARPENTRY

White wood interior doors and frame and joint cover external, carpentry in white painted aluminium and roller blind in white PVC, sliding doors closets.

 

PLUMBING

Copper tube installation for both, cold and hot water, with preinstallation for automatic washer, dryer and dishwasher. Drainages made of PVC, installed eighty liter water boiler.

 

SANITARIUMS

White coloured in bathroom, made of vitrified. Monobloc chrumed taps in bathrooms and kitchen.

 

ELECTRICITY

The installation will follow the low-tension regulation and will be carried out in embedded flexible tubing with earth connection. Also includes TV installation in all the rooms with community antenna, and two telephone outlets. Light point bellow kitchen cupboard.

 

PAINT

Interior of plastic sprayed paint, with interior white wooden doors.

 

GLASSWARE

Double glazed in all external windows and decorative glass in the interior doors of kitchen and dining room.

 

KITCHEN

Fitted with oven and hob with trade fume extracto, granite counter, and sink with one or two cavities to chose from. Preinstallation for automatic washer dishwahser, and dryer.

 

COMMON ZONES

The apartments will have 2 common elevators, and aisle of access, with a view to central zone, where will be the pol for children and adults, grassed areas, patios and share public solariums which are located on the roof areas in accordance with the project. Each apartment will be entitled to an individual parking area except the 8 ground floor apartment fo 2º phase. The terraces of the apartments on the ground floor will be larger and will extend until the limits of the plot with an entrance directly from the street.
